I am very happy to share with you my new music video "We’re Gonna Last" for the duo Augusta on the occasion of the release of their first EP Blue Horizon.

Augusta is the duo of composers / producers born from the musical and human encounter between Maurin Zahnd and Eric Muller. Maurin Zahnd, drummer, more than ten years ago turned to composing commissioned music and sound design after ten years serving other artists on stage and in the studio. They both founded, Mooders, a music creation studio in the image and have worked for years with prestigious brands. Eric Muller, self-taught and passionate guitarist, comes from the Live Rock / Pop scene and the world of communication (Fnac, labels ...). He collaborated on several studio albums and toured internationally for 15 years (Ben Ricour, Naby ...) before devoting himself to studio production and composition of music for the image.

Blue Horizon is a new indie-pop-folk tale guided by emotion, where each track takes us into a delicate and intimate universe. The warm, emotional voice of Léonie Garnier, sensitive melodies, atmospheric instrumentation and a wide-ranging acoustic soundscape: this is the imprint and the common thread of Blue Horizon.

From the top of her 30 years, Léonie Garnier is an authentic artist, without compromise. Singing, piano, guitar from an early age, it is thanks to this rich musical palette that she writes and composes her music. Inspired by Lana Del Rey, Lorde or Kate Nash, she likes to evolve in an atmospheric mood, both dark and bright, with a naturalness and an almost disconcerting maturity.

The 5 EP titles were initiated on previous collaborations and it is the common desire to offer more mature and sensitive versions of these titles, which brings together Augusta and Léonie Garnier.
I am very happy to have been able to make this clip for my friends Maurin Zahnd and Eric Muller who are behind the Augusta project. When they asked me for their help in creating a clip that would take people on a journey we were faced with the problem of travel in times of health crisis. But I immediately thought of my road trip to the USA that I had done with my wife some time ago and all those images that I had never used! We discussed it together and I was able to offer them a coherent montage with a watermark of the journey and the images I had taken of these beautiful places. The images matched their music perfectly and this is how the clip was born.

Note that most of my rushes are also available on the Frames Dealer platform and many more from my old trips.

If you liked the music video and music of the duo Augusta, don't hesitate to listen to their music here and follow their work on social media.

Bon voyage!
